It’s between 3-5 years old and now when I pump it the pad goes up and down, won’t stay up. No drips and with a Quick Look I didn’t see any place to add fluid. Any thoughts?

If it looks anything like this I'd wager these are the oil ports
If it hasn't lost fluid though I don't know, maybe an internal seal failed. I'd probably just get a new jack at that stage, the Harbor freight ones are just as good for a lot less money

Probably leaking past the main piston seal. So when you pump it up it goes up and down with the handle? Most import jacks are difficult to rebuild and unfortunately probably not worth it. You can try bleeding it, but I don't know if it will do any good.
Do the rear wheels swivel on that jack above? Seems like it would be a pain to move around.

Go over to Garage Journal and find a guy named hiball. He lives and breathes floor jacks and might be able to give you some solid advice.
