Hey again,
I was looking up articles on line about front end rattles while driving over crappy roads. I came across a few articles that say (after everything else has been replaced) that the rattle is the "end links", but the pictures showed bushings for the strut rod. I don't know why they called them end links since end links usually refer to the tie rod "end links". Anyway, would it be safe to assume after going over the front end and not finding anything loose, worn or showing signs of "rattle fatigue" it would be last part that I have not replaced. The articles also got rather snobby about what kind of bushings to purchase, "too soft", "not OEM material", "falls apart under certain chemicals" and much more. Makes you paranoid to buy anything that you would have otherwise thought was just fine to use.
Anyone else experience the front end rattle being the strut rod bushings?
