Supergordo and Son number 1 build. Aka Superbirdo

Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen!
After our glorious journey to the new forum I guess I'd reintroduce myself with a bit of a build time-line. I am Chandar, SuperGordos first son with a 95 thunderbird, not to be confused with the other son with the green 97 thunderbird.

I bought this car in 2017 for 900$ in the condition you guys see in the silver pictures. Got the exhaust done up nice that same day. Washed the car after that and drove 900 miles to El Paso Texas where over the next years I put 70,000 miles on the car. Come 2019 I started the build in earnest sending my dad a few dollars here and there from afghanland. When I arrived home we started the Frankenstein that is this car. Through his hard work and dedication, and my slight financial contributions, we have all the craziness that is the wiring harness that I can only explain as johnny cash' one piece at a time. The engine got refreshed on the bottom end and got some nice trick flow heads and cams, kooks headers, and a nice 96 intake.

Then we came to paint, and essentially where I am at with the car today. Ferrari red, Aston Martin quantum silver, and BMW black.

When he first bought it, we got new tires, new exhaust and registration the first day. He was on leave from the army for like 10 days so we had to get the car back in business pretty quick. Luckily the car had a recently installed rebuilt engine. Had about 50,000 miles on it at the time. So that was a plus. we do have smog tests in Nevada. Though they are not like California or Arizona. We just go to these tiny stations. Everything 96 or newer they plug into the OBD2 port. 95 and older gets a tail pipe smog where they sniff the exhaust. That's it. The guy at discount tire ( who do NOT do smog tests) GUARANTEED us, this car couldn't pass smog. I just laughed out loud! We then drove it down the street to where Chris_Murder was working and he smogged it at his shop and it passed perfectly. In fact it's never failed since 2018. Even with the Kooks headers, and trick flow heads. It still passes.

then we pulled the whole interior and cleaned the Bejeezus out of it. Recovered the headliner. Fixed the blower motor. Put in a new heater core in for good measure. We changed some fluids, updated some stuff. Then a couple days later he drove it 900 miles to Texas. After that he drove it back and forth between El Paso and Las Vegas probably 8 times.

Then the kid got ideas!! Then parts started arriving. This is what happens when you watch car shows on YouTube nonstop while overseas.

Decided to not use the hood. But there it is. And we didn't use the hood latches on the stock hood.
